Town Court Rules:

  1. When filing a motion, a party must provide two copies of the motion by noon on the Thursday preceding the requested return date of the motion. They can be sent to the Court Clerk's Office at 525 Pavement Road, Lancaster, New York 14086. 
  1. Small claims plaintiffs must have at least two estimates when seeking damages.  Also, any evidence to be offered must be capable of being submitted to the court (and will not be returned).  For example, photographs or texts must be hard copies, the Court will not look at cell phones.
